(Access.1)., American Urban Radio Networks (“AURN”) and Superadio, and/or certain other Access.1 or AURN subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Access.1 Communications’ website privacy policy, which follows, includes but is not limited to six (6) core components:

Applicability and User Restrictions

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Company Site. Please be advised that whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself online (e.g., through email, in forums, message boards, chat areas, or similar web pages), such information may be collected, exported and used by people that you do not know. Posting personal information in public places may result in unsolicited communications, including unwanted email messages. -Profile and Preference Information-
Your member name, profile photo and certain other profile information will not be private. Depending on your privacy settings, you can control other information shared on your member page. If you do not wish to share photos of yourself with other members, then delete them or do not post them.

We may combine information that you provide us with other information about you that we may obtain through your use of the Company Site in order to provide promotions and marketing offers tailored to your preferences and to improve the content of the Company Sites for you.

Your ACCESS to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time for which user registration is available. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• Change data we have about you in order to correct, update or remove data by signing in exercising the option to modify or delete your member profile
• Have us delete any data we have about you

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

-Web Beacons and Similar Technologies-

Third Party Content

Similarly, if another member in your friend lists uses a third party application or website, it may receive your non-private member information so that you may be separately linked with your friend. If the website seeks any further information, your consent should be requested. We cannot guarantee that such applications or websites will follow our privacy practices, so be sure to review their information sharing policies and to report any application or website that may be in violation of our privacy practices.

Other Third Parties
We may share your Personal Information with those who help us manage or provide content or other services for the company Sites (e.g. forum administrations, statistical analysis, data processing), or with outside contractors, agents or sponsors who help us with the administration, judging and prize fulfillment aspects of contests, promotions and sweepstakes. Such outside contractors, agents or sponsors may temporarily store some information on their servers, but they may only use your Person Information to provide the Company sites with a specific service and not for any other purpose. Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information.
